RENT-A-ROOM SHARE-A-HOME SPECIAL

For students, interns, fellows, observers, and nurses, you can rent one of the lockable bedrooms in a 2-bedroom unit and share the common areas with another person of the same gender who occupies the other bedroom.

The rooms are all individually lockable.  Double Rooms have king size bed, queen size bed, or 2 or 3 twin size beds.  Single rooms have 1 king size bed that can be configured as two single beds 

Each double room with attached bathroom rents for $1,400/month ($375/week) single occupancy, or $1,600/month ($425/week) double occupancy.

Each double room without attached bathroom rents for $1,200/month ($325/week) single occupancy, or $1,400/month ($375/week) double occupancy.

Each single room without attached bathroom rents for $1000/month ($275/week).
